a solid choice for my stay
professional staff clean rooms excellent service
I really enjoyed the professional staff, they certainly know how to treat customers well. nina and sima deserve a special shout-out for their excellent service. the rooms were clean. That is always a big plus for me.
the air conditioning wasn't working properly during the night, i found myself waking up due to the heat. i reported it a few times, but unfortunately, the issue remained unresolved. there were some excuses, but no fix.

My room was a good size. I appreciated the large television with many channels. Breakfast included plenty of choices (especially the pastries!). I also found the proximity to the underground very convenient.
I found the gym a bit small. It only had a few pieces of equipment.

The hotel is very close to an underground station. The room was clean. The bathroom has a great shower with adjustable height. The staff were friendly, which I REALLY appreciated.
There was a slight delay during check-in, but it was resolved quickly.

The staff were attentive. They were very helpful and cute. The reception desk addressed all inquiries efficiently and politely. They promptly responded to any requests, showing a commitment to guest satisfaction.

The fitness center is modern with several machines. I saw two underground lines close by. The hotel offered ecological program options. Guests decide whether they want daily room service or cleaning every three days.
